Mark as Useful Caller calls my phone many times but no one ever answers the phone or is so noisy in the background can not be understood. Calls are always very short.

Mark as Useful Called 2 times in a row around 12:30pm. I'm guessing it's a collection agency because they don't leave a message. I've been getting calls for this one woman I don't know constantly from various numbers despite my telling them they have the wrong person.
